Jared Leto è nato il 26 dicembre 1971 a Bossier City, Louisiana. E’ il frontman, cantante e chitarrista dei 30 Seconds to Mars, ma è anche attore e regista. Ha frequentato l’Università delle Arti di Philadelphia, dove ha studiato pittura e si è trasferito poi all’Università di Arti Visive di New York, dove ha studiato cinema
Shannon Leto è nato il 9 marzo 1970 a Bossier City, Lousiana. E’ il batterista dei 30 Seconds to Mars, ma è anche attore e fotografo. Ha iniziato a suonare la batteria all’età di 8 anni e nel 1998 ha formato i 30 Seconds to Mars insieme al fratello minore Jared e a due amici. Tra i suoi batteristi preferiti ci sono Lars Ulrich, Keith Moon e Stewart Copeland.
Tomo Milicevic è nato il 3 settembre 1979 a Sarajevo, in Bosnia. E’ il chitarrista dei 30 Seconds to Mars, ma suona anche il violino e il basso. Tomo ha cominciato a suonare il violino a 3 anni perché voleva diventare un violinista professionista. Crescendo ha iniziato ad ascoltare heavy metal ed ha abbandonato il violino per dedicarsi alla chitarra
